Your talent,always in the loop.

Every talent on your board gets their own space — their calendar, their jobs, their documents, a line to the agency. Built for the phone, in their own language, nothing to learn. The "where do I need to be tomorrow?" texts stop arriving.

01 · Four screens, no manual
The talent home screen: a greeting by first name, a month calendar with a colour legend, and the jobs of the selected day.

Home

A greeting by first name, this month at a glance, and the jobs of the selected day.

The jobs screen, with upcoming and past tabs and one card per job showing dates, studio and contact.

Jobs

Upcoming and past, six months deep, with dates condensed the way a person reads them.

A job detail screen showing dates and hours, filed expense receipts awaiting agency approval, and the job notes.

Job detail

Where, when, who to contact — one row per run of days, hours included, and the usage rights as agreed.

The documents screen: a category picker for uploading, above a list of the talent’s own passport, contracts and ID.

Documents

Their comp cards, contracts and certificates in one place — uploaded from the phone.

02 · Small things done right

Dates that read human

A job on the 3rd, 4th and 10th reads "3-4 Sep, 10 Sep" — never a misleading "3 Sep → 10 Sep". Days only group when they truly run together, so a travel day never disappears into the run.

In their own language

A plain legend on the calendar and plain words on every screen — in English or French, following each talent’s own account setting. Their emails arrive in the same language.

Theirs, not yours to chase

They upload their own documents from the phone, log their own unavailability, and message the agency in one place instead of five channels. From their own space they file expense receipts too — photographed, itemized, and waiting on your approval.

Your margin stays yours

A talent sees their own jobs, dates and agreed rights — never your commissions, your invoices or another face’s data. The money is stripped out server-side, not hidden in the interface.

03 · How it reaches them
01

You invite them

One click from the talent’s profile sends a personal invitation — no account setup on your desk.

02

They activate

They open the link on their phone and set a password. From their first sign-in, the app opens on their space — never on yours.

03

The chasing stops

Put a talent on a job, move their days, or cancel — an email goes out automatically, in their own language, pointing at the updated job page. No booker types a message.

Talent who feel taken care of
stay on your board.

€5 a month per activated space — you pay for the talent who actually use it, not for every name on the board.

04 · Next step

See it through a model’s eyes

The demo includes five minutes as one of your talent — the part your board will thank you for.
