Bookings & operations

Every booking,one living record.

Events, bookings and options — with their dates, team, talent, client, rights, expenses and attachments — live as one record everyone works from. When it changes, everyone who touches it already knows.

01 · The record

Nobody double-booked

Hold dates as options alongside confirmed bookings on the same calendar, colour-coded. Put a talent on a job they are already on and Jenee tells you before you promise the client.

Travel days bill as travel

Mark a date as travel and it bills as travel. It never disappears into a run of work days — on screen, or on the invoice, where it lands as its own line at its own rate. Overtime is carried per date the same way.

Everything attached

Usage rights, expenses, contracts and files sit on the booking they belong to — attached to the record instead of buried in a mailbox. Jenee writes the contracts too: employment, provision and rights, per booked talent.

02 · The dashboard

The whole desk, one screen

Today, this week and next, across every talent on your board — bookings, options and events grouped so nothing is buried. Need something further out? Search any stretch of dates by name, client, place or job type, and open the booking straight from the result.

03 · ChatGPT and Claude

Ask in plain words

Private Jenee connectors for ChatGPT and Claude answer from your own board — never a generic model’s guess. Ask about availability and they read every booking, option and event before answering. Give them criteria — height, hair, location, availability — and they shortlist faces you actually have. Ask what a job was agreed at and the rights come back as recorded.

Then ask for the job itself. The connector writes it down as a proposal — type, dates, client, the faces you named — and it waits for you. A draft holds nobody, touches no invoice and notifies no one; it is absent from the calendar and from availability until you confirm it. Only you see the drafts your own assistant proposed.

Writes it down as a proposal for you to confirm

The connector reads, and can write down a proposal. A draft holds nobody and touches no invoice until you confirm it in Jenee — and nothing else writes: it cannot change or cancel a job that exists.

03-a · Where it can and cannot reach

On a short leash

The connector never touches your database and cannot write queries of its own. It calls a fixed set of tools through your agency’s API — authenticated, limited to what that booker is already allowed to see, and checked on the way in.

One of those tools writes, and only into the drafts tray: a proposal, visible to the person whose assistant made it and to nobody else, capped so a loop cannot fill your morning. Confirming is a decision a person takes in Jenee, and it is re-checked against the board as it stands then — a face archived since is refused, not booked.

More on security.

A proposal goes in. It stops at the tray. You decide whether it becomes a booking.
Asked in ChatGPT or Claude to draft a job, the assistant sends the proposal to Jenee, which checks whose assistant it is and what that person is allowed to see. The proposal lands in a tray beside the agency board, never on it: nothing is booked, nobody is held, until a member of staff confirms it in Jenee.

05 · Oversight

Find it across any period

Search any stretch of dates by talent, client, place or job type — every result opens its booking on the spot. The Monday meeting stops being a data hunt.

A memory that answers

Every action on every booking is logged. "Who changed this, and when?" takes one look — not one awkward meeting.

Boards and packages

Curate boards, assemble packages, and see when clients open them — so the follow-up call lands on interest, not on silence.
